I’m Justin Bridges. I received my bachelor’s degree in Film and Media Arts from Temple University, and in February of 2013, I put that degree to good use when I entered real estate as a photographer. Through working as a photographer, I came to appreciate the art and business of the industry, and the next year, I got my Realtor®’s license. I’ve been working in real estate ever since. Through 10 years in the Real Estate industry as an investor and as a Realtor, my goal has always been to exceed expectations. My name is Irvin Farmer III, but you can call me Trey. I’m a hardworking and motivated professional who graduated from West Chester University of Pennsylvania where I studied business management and finance. I also played for the football team (Go Rams!) and was eventually appointed captain. Every day, I bring what I learned on the field into the office. My name is Terris Farmer and I have a passion for buying and selling real estate. I have both an Undergraduate and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and I became a licensed Real Estate Agent in 2015. My son, Irvin Farmer III (Trey), and I work as a team to help our clients navigate the complexities of the real estate market. I’m Owen Peters. I originally entered the real estate industry as an investor. After working with several different realtors, I decided to get my license as well. This decision stemmed for an innate desire to deliver amazing customer service, the kind I had often, but not always, experienced during my time as an investor. As I entered the industry, I brought with me a strong background in construction and general contracting that has provided me with an extensive network of carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and professional tradesmen that I can use to find my clients any help they may need.
Switching from being an investor to a realtor, showed me how much there is to know about the real estate industry, and, as a life-long learner, I continue to grow my industry knowledge with elective courses in Real Estate Investing and Financing Strategies at Temple University. I’m Marty “Martinez” Urquhart. Through 17 years in the real estate industry, I have gained both broad and specialized knowledge of the retail consumer sales and service process from end to end.
